Thomas Edison Hotel, New York, NY. Now known as the Edison Hotel. In 1931 Thomas Edison himself turned on the lights at the grand opening. The 28 story Art Deco building is between 46th and 47th Streets west of Broadway. The Art Deco knobs have the letters T, E, and H in relief.
